Aussie style hospitality The friendly relaxed atmosphere of the Diggers Rest Tavern at Old Mogo Town welcomes you in. It is the centre of activity of the Gold Rush Theme Park and houses the restaurant with it's well known old style home baked cuisine. Items of nostalgic Australian 1800s memorabilia are everywhere. The magnificent bar was originally from an old Cobb and Co. depot and is made from Australian red cedar. When touring the historical town the Diggers Rest Tavern makes a great meeting place. When the weather is less benign the roaring warmth from the two huge open fireplaces provide comfort and set the scene for an enjoyable night.	Function catering service ~ hall for hire.
